He also runs PLATED, an industry development agency that focuses on strategy, projects and grant funding for the food and beverage, wine, tourism, arts, events and related sectors in SA. He was food writer for The Adelaide Review for eight years and is now InReview’s food critic, while also contributing to other publications and serving up a delicious range of creative culinary projects and searching the world for the perfect snack.
